The Best Calamari

Tender calamari dusted with MexiChin Blendz Chile Pao Pao and pan-seared with chopped garlic, Italian pepper rings and fresh basil. Served with tasty Louisiana remoulade for dipping.

Chicken-Chorizo Pasta

Grilled chicken breast and homemade chorizo (Mexican sausage) tossed with roasted sweet corn, peppers, red onion, cilantro and fresh pico de gallo and Linguine.

Lobster Ravioli

Homemade ravioli stuffed with a delicious blend of Italian cheeses, tossed with succulent lobster, simmered in a basil-Parmesan cream sauce and topped with Roma tomatoes. 19
