Crudités with Dip

Seasonal fresh vegetables to include: carrot and celery sticks, assorted julienne peppers, zucchini and yellow squash, scallions, broccoli and cauliflower florets, cherry tomatoes accompanied by our house vegetable dip.

Gourmet Cheese and Cracker Display

Cheddar, Baby Swiss, Bleu, Pepper Jack, Chevre (Goat), and Muenster served with gourmet crackers and appropriate sauces and condiments.

The Best Calamari

Tender calamari dusted with MexiChin Blendz Chile Pao Pao and pan-seared with chopped garlic, Italian pepper rings and fresh basil. Served with tasty Louisiana remoulade for dipping.

Southern Caesar

Grilled seasoned chicken breast mixed with rich, creamy Haas avocado & homemade garlic croutons, topped with our homemade Caesar dressing and shredded Parmesan cheese. 8 / side salad 5

Italian Salad

Fresh diced cucumber, tomato, green bell pepper and red onion marinated in our homemade Italian Vinaigrette dressing. 

Spinach Carbonara

Fresh spinach, mixed with smoked Apple Wood bacon, sliced mushrooms & homemade garlic cornbread croutons, topped with honey Dijon dressing.

Sautéed Fresh Vegetables

A nice assortment of carrots, zucchini  yellow squash, Chinese pea pods and broccoli sautéed in a Chardonnay butter sauce.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Large mushrooms stuffed with a combination of lump & claw crab meat topped with our seasoned parmesan baked cheese.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

A combination. of red & Idaho potatoes mashed with MexiChin Blendz Shanghai Samba.


ENTREE'S
 

Chicken-Chorizo Pasta

Grilled chicken breast and homemade chorizo (Mexican sausage) tossed with roasted sweet corn, peppers, red onion, cilantro and fresh pico de gallo and Linguine.

Cuban Crab Cakes

Succulent crab with green, red and yellow bell peppers & Japanese bread crumbs, seasoned in chipotle marinade. Served on a bed of corn & black bean salsa, and cilantro rice.

Sunset Scampi Penne

Jumbo Gulf shrimp sautéed with fresh garlic, white wine, herbs and classic lemon butter, and served over penne pasta.

Carving Station

Your choice of either top Sirloin of beef or honey glazed smoked ham.

Charlie’s special light & fluffy ricotta cheesecake infused with fresh mango.

Key Lime Pie

Charlie’s family favorite. Creamy key lime custard with a light crust, whipped cream & fresh seasonal berries.
